Suggestions for good/interesting night jobs? (part time, so doesn't have to be a really complex job)?

I'm looking to find a part time night job. Even just 2 nights a week is fine by me. Of course I'll take what I can get, but I'm looking for some suggestions of things that might be kind of interesting.
