Everything requires so much experience. What jobs can I possibly get with so little experience. What should I do to better myself for a future career?

Check out banks and credit unions. Rising debt and foreclosures have created opportunity. Also low mortgage rate there is a need for loan officers. Economy has caused delinquency problems and financial institutions need collectors.
