I have an interview at Victoria's Secret next week and i was just wondering what kind of things they would possibly ask so I can be a little more prepared for the interview. I know all retail store interviews would ask the same kind of questions so please give me some advice or examples (whether you work at VS or another retail store) of what might happen during this interview.

What are your strengths? Why do you desire to work for our company? Give me a time when you last had to deal with a customer and it didn't turn out well? Give me a time when you displayed good leadership skills on the job? They like to ask about customer service skills mainly. If you aren't normally super outgoing then pretend like you are. Because they usually want a people person that is highly confident.
