I'm doing an internship at a dental office and we have to do a project that will benefit the office Any ideas?
Asked by Kim L
The project has to be something that I "will grow professionally from and the Agency (dental office) will derive a benefit. I've been racking my brain, but can't seem to come up with any ideas. I also want to do something that's not expensive, but will help the office.

Possible ideas: Projects that reduce costs and or increase revenues on a continual basis(getting different suppliers, new marketing initiatives, increasing customer satisfaction).
Does the office ever have any complaints, or have something that they would like to improve? What about changing some elements of the waiting area, and or helping the dental customers feel more at ease, remember a lot of people are nervous when they get to the dentist, so any help you can to alleviate their anxiety is always welcome, and will lead to more customers. What about a standardized program to bump customers up when you have appt. callouts?
Also what about the amount of time that each person is in the office, is the Dentist scheduled so that all of the customers come in most efficiently with the use of his time?
Good luck!
