What is the role of a staff coordinator in a home healthcare center? What does the job entail? Thanks in advance for your time! :-)

I'm guessing it's like a scheduler. You would create and coordinate the staff schedules and probably also would be responsible for managing their timecards and payroll. Call and ask them exactly what the job responsibilities are.
