Whats the difference between a Sprint Retail Consultant and Sales Associate?

Any information is appreciated. I just want to know the difference or if they consist of the same things and the titles are used interchangeably.

usually sales associates are not paid as high as a wireless rep (per hour) and SA also normally don't get paid commissions. This of course depends on where the sales associate works, in some places the title can be interchanged.
