Best Answer:
A waitress/waiter is responsible for taking orders from the customers that are seated, and then delivering the food and drinks once they are prepared to the tables or to wherever the customers are. A food attendant, could mean one of two things. Either someone at a fast food restaurant that serves food form a counter, or someone like a chef. A beverage attendant would be someone that works at the bar, dispensing alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.
