Is there anything I can do to better prepare myself for a second interview with the controller? Thanks!

Learn about the organization. Review your qualifications for the job. Learn the name of your interviewer and greet him or her by name with a firm handshake. Bring your Social Security card. Driver's license, Resume, References, a copy of your transcripts to verify grades. Smile and relax.
