What are career options for production & planning for gilrs?

I completed my Mechanical Engineer in 2005 worked as a Design engineer for 1 year & in the same firm i was transfered to production planning control department.Thanks for asnwering my Queries

Hope u ment girls. I am also a mech engg pass out. what i have seen is the mental approach is the problem. But i feel the prodn planning control is one of the stable feild.Not much of an issue with physical labour. If you are restraining yourself from any physical labour then this is a considerbly good field for you to emerge
