your a receiver, have you ever dealt with a new vendor who put out a shipment on the floor by mistake w/out you checking in product 1st--with them b4 hand? Did you scream at them? Or did you kindly let them know the procedure?

In a department like this, you would have to keep your cool. It doesn't help when people start shouting at one another, or make people feel like nothing. It is a hard thing I know, but sometimes you just have to calmly let them know the procedure.
