I am a dispatcher for a trucking company and job is deducting me 20% of my check. It legal after 6 months?

Also the owner operators are being deducted 10% is it legal after 6 months?

If such deduction is not permitted according to contract of employment, it is illegal. You are entitled to recover improper deductions dating back up to four years, with interest.All the affected can initiate class action.

Can you give more information on what the deduction is for? Is it for some regulatory requirement? They have to has a bonafide legal reason to deduct any money from your check.
