What kind of questions will my second interview (assistant controller) entail?

I have my second interview next week and I want to be fully prepared. What kind of questions do you think the controller and president of the company will ask? Will it be any different than the first interview? Thank you so much!! =)

Always remember one thing, when an employer calls you for the second interview it means that you have cleared the hardest part. And now when you know that you interviewer are going to be the president/controller of the company then you need to focus on following things - your confidence level (no signs of nervousness, no shaky hands no mumbling thighs) - your body language (sit calm and cool, like if you are there to discuss a business proposal rather than an interview) - your dress up (decent business wear will just do fine) - your skill set (usually leadership, team management and quick response) Note that this interview wont have much to do with the technical or job oriented part, it will be more likely a personality test Good Luck !!
