I was a receptionist at 17 for a Insurance company and I was full time.
So it's definitely reasonable for you to get a part time position

Yes you could. Its an easy job that anyone can learn. Usually it goes to people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s...but someone might give you a chance. Just apply and show yourself to be capable. Apply, you never know whom might give you a chance.

Yes you could try, but as some of the other posters mentioned, you might want to look for an intern job at first until you're able to get some training. You're not too young, but your inexperienced, and they need to have some people that have experience.

Apart from any temp or internships as a receptionist, most employers prefer that the receptionist be at least 18 years of age in order to serve as a recipient for legal process service, package delivery acceptance, etc. And most temp agencies limit their placement services to applicants who are at least 18 years of age (Apple One, Voit.com).
Good luck!

Age is but a number. If you have your working papers, you can be considered. Being a mature 17 would be fine.

Maybe - maybe they are looking for some experience and a little bit older...like 18 yrs old.
It's worth a try!
