I have a job interview at co-op! I was wondering what kind of questions will be asked?

So i already work at co-op as a courtesy clerk, but i applied for a cashier position. I was wondering what questions will be asked?? I need lots to be prepared because i am only 15 and want the job.

Oh, there are many possibilities, but if you study--and really think about-- a lot of typical questions, you should be fairly well prepared. Typical questions might give you some ideas of other questions that might be asked, too. Remember that some questions don't really have a right or wrong answer, but the interviewer might be see how you behave when you answer--eye contact, fidgeting, and more. Be relaxed if you can (and already working for the company should help, for you will already know a fair bit about the company). Be honest with your answers.

And of course some of these won't even apply to you, but you can use them as guidelines and to be thoroughly prepared.
• What are your long-range goals and objectives?
• What are your short-range goals and objectives?
• How do you plan to achieve your career goals?
• What are the most important rewards you expect in your career?
• Why did you choose the career for which you are preparing?
• What are your strengths, weaknesses, and interests?

It is possible that--especially since you will be handling money--they might ask what you would do if you saw someone (customer or another employee) stealing something. And they might ask how you would handle yourself if a friend or relative came to your register to check out.
