I need help creating a cover letter. It's for my mom and she'd like to apply to be a shuttle bus driver.?

She has no experience in this area and I looked online for ideas but I came up with nothing. If anyone has any words or lines I could use I would greatly appreciate it... Thank you in advance!

Be sure first that she doesn't need a special permit or license. Likely she needs a chauffeur license. Certainly in my state that is so.
