Is job experience a MUST HAVE even if it is under job qualifications?
Asked by Ashley♫
I am planning on becoming a teacher and to help get more experience with school systems, I am trying to find a job as a teacher assistant or as a secretary. I have found a job I am very interested in as an office assistant and I am qualified in all other aspects except this: I do not have at least 6 months of clerical experience. I do, however, have more than three years of retail experience. But, is job experience really that big of a deal, in this case?

Job experience in most cases are a must, but it all depends on the amount of effort you put in to trying to get a job. It cannot hurt you to try to get the job, and explain the situation during the interview. (if you do indeed get an interview).

i would say that you will have a possibility if there aren't many people applying for the job. considering the times there are a lot of people out there with good qualification, and they might be picked before you even if you might be better at the job than them. i mean - you seem to have the passion
