How much should an Accounting Assistant for an insurance agency make?

I have been working as a temp employee for two months and hope to soon be hired on full time at my agency, however, when it comes to salary negotiations, I am stumped. Does anyone know/have an idea what an Accounting Assistant (with a degree) that works for an insurance agency makes as salary? Thanks for the input!

$16 to $20 per hour. Assuming you'd be working 40 hours week that would be $33,280 - $41,600 a year.
