Radiology is a broad field. Do you want to be a radiologist or a technologist? Assuming you want to be a tech, it is generally 40 hours per week for 2 years after prereqs. You can find accredited hospital programs here: https://www.arrt.org/index.html?content=nd/listOfSchools.ndm/listSchools&iframe=yes or here: http://www.jrcert.org/cert/Search.jsp (choose Radiography and Arizona). You can find more info here: https://www.asrt.org/content/abouttheprofession/_AboutTheProfession.aspx and here: http://www.radiologyinfo.org/en/careers/index.cfm

It will take a total of 9 years to complete radiology career or course. radiologists must complete four years of medical school plus a five year of post-graduate training (residency). There is keiser University, The Bryman School, Kaplan college, ECPI college of technology. Those are a list of good radiology Universities in phoenix.
