Why should your company keep you on the payroll?

In today market place where every company is looking to hire the most productive employees and lots of great people are looking for a job. Why should your present employee keep you on the payroll?

Because I am the only one in my company that knows how to do my job. The store doesn't open without me. That's job security baby!

Because I kick ass at what I do and I would be pretty hard to replace.
