Dear Paula,
There are a few mistakes in your resume that are repeated. All verbs for each job should be in the same tense.
Your current job should be in the present tense, like you 'handle' large amounts of money.
Your past job should be in the past tense, like you 'operated' and 'maintained'.
There are some typos and punctuation marks used incorrectly with dates and sentences.
You have a bad misspelling in the last line: Certified Medical 'Assicstant'.
You do not need to offer references unless the employer asks for them.
Future employers need a better picture of the kind of person you are. Your job descriptions should have more adjectives to show your strengths and more details like number of packages you shipped and how many people you greeted each hour.
Take the time to improve your writing skills. Ask your local library if they can recommend a tutor or career coach to help you.
