My dad worked at Oracle and now SAP America. He went to stanford and wharton. Did he get good jobs?

My dad attended a Pac10 college (Stanford) and a ivy league business school (Wharton). He works at SAP America now in Marketing and worked at Oracle in Sales. Since SAP rivals Oracle, my dad is a huge advantage for the company. He is clearly 5 levels of intelligence above his workmates. Do you think he could of gotten a higher paying job? He is from Pakistan and makes around 200k-300k a year.
