I heard back from a job i applied for as a part-time Receptionist/Administrator but miss the call friday...?
Asked by JENNY
But are really nerves about what they going to ask me, as I have never worked as a receptionist/administrator!!
What questions do you think they will ask me?
Basically the job is in a training centre on reception area, greeting and directing the customers, using switchboard, making sure reception area is kept tidy and also working closely with the Support Engineer in order to ensure all tasks are adequately undertaken.
And a few paper work duties!
Am really scared as this is a new start in a city and really need this job!!!
Please, please help me.

A lot of them do scenario questions where they put a difficult scenario to you and ask you what you would do eg a really irate customer rings through and you can't put them through to the person they want to speak to.
How to handle your daily work load, eg keeping a to-do list, tidy desk, sort in-tray and prioritise, check emails and voice mail, etc
They may ask you what you know about the company and the work they do.

u can see many quotes saying that "u can earn upto 20000$-30000$ per month" BUT ican challenge you that u can earn 1000$-2500$ for a week by spending one hour time/day .the earnings may increase with increase in ur time in this .....
affiliate marketing is a great way to earn the extra money you need to help you make ends meet and live more comfortably.definitely u will earn more than the other ways......................

Think about the skills you will need for this role. I guess the most important will be customer service, so try and have a few examples ready of where you have demonstrated you have good customer service skills. I think flexibility, adaptability, and being able to think quickly and use your initiative will also be important.
My top tip for interviews it to show that you are enthusiastic and willing to learn. Noone has all the skills/knowledge required when they first start a job with a new company, but if you can show that you will be up to speed quickly you will make a great candidate!
