Is truck driving hard work? If so what is hard about it?

Just curious if truck driving is hard and if so what is it that makes it hard.

Hey mate, My step dad was a truck driver until his heart got to bad to be a driver. He said driving was hard work and looking at the inside of the truck I believe it, I can point out one thing that would be hard though, Chains. A truck has literally about 100 buttons and switches, each one bieng used for a different thing, Driving would be easy, Until you have to back into a docking bay of course. Hope I helped.

Have you ever felt tired? Well if not then truck driving is easy. If you do ever feel tired truck driving is hard... you have to be very alert of everything around because when driving truck you are the largest thing around and you could kill someone in an instant also you would have long hours... It's not like a truck driver just hauls stuff all day they also load and unload too.
