How can i be a London bus driver?

basically, my dad has asked me to help him. he wants to be a bus driver here in London, but doesn't know how to go about it. He said there's apparently a training scheme where you are paid to train and then you are guaranteed a job at the end of it. Does anyone know about such a scheme or program? Any info at all would be really appreciated. thanks

I've seen plenty of buses going around London advertising recruimnet poster's for bus drivers. Your best bet would be to look through the Transport For London website. Good luck
