Need to where I can go to obtain my pharmacy tech and/or phlebotomist cert. and how long will they take. Who offer the training and about how much it's going to cost. Also there are places in the Ped Unit where CNA can work just need more enlight on it.

You probably won't find a job as a "CNA" in pediatrics, but by taking a phlebotomy course, you have a better chance of being hired as a "paraprofessional" in the peds unit. By paraprofessional, I mean a "nursing tech, "clinical tech", or pediatric care tech". In addition to doing what CNA's are trained to do, these techs draw blood, do sterile dressing changes, EKGs, and have a little more responsiblity than an aid does. They are usually found on units that don't have LPNs or CNAs.

A:
Phlebotomy is a short course, but pharmacy techs might make more money.
