That's a good question. Alorica is a hugh company dealing with all facets of business. As a Technical Support person you will be dealing with a variety of questions. Best guess, It will deal with how you would go about gathering information for the client. How to deal with individual situations, like irate customers, questions you don't know the answers to, different levels of management. Along with the basics of call center ethics, phone etiquette, and basic customer service. I believe they will have some technical questions about various products that you will be answering calls on to see how knowledgeable you are. Best guess. Hope it helps. because I've worked for a call center, I know you'll be asked stuff like, " Have you ever had to handle an irate customer and how did you do that?" They may also ask about your dependability and how you stand out from the rest of the applicants. They will also ask something about, "Tell me about a time when you've had to accomplish a task, how did you do that?" "Have you failed at something in the past, what was it and how did you handle it?" Hope it helps, just be confident.
