Are there any careers that are similar to a guidance counselor but on a college campus?

I am interested in working on a college campus but I'm not sure what types of jobs there are (not a professor or a career counselor) I would like to go to graduate school.

They do have "Academic Advisors" that each student is assigned to, however as I understand it these are either Graduate students or Professors who are taking on other responsibilities. Every campus needs janitors. You could be like that guy in "Good Will Hunting" :-)

Academic Adviser is what your looking for. There are other positions on campus as well. They have many that are held just for their students. As well as private tutors (they make $15 - $35 per hour). They have positions in their computer labs, research assistants, there are just to many to list.
