I am a older(over 50) experienced man. Looking to change careers. Most of my experience is repair/maintenance and manufacturing of all kinds of machines.

Start your own business as a mobile repairman for smaller Mom & Pop facilities. Many of them have had to lay off people and probably have an understaffed maintenance department. You could even start a repair shop out of your garage if you have one (check local zoning laws). Other than that I don't know what to tell you since you did not mention hobbies and interests.
