How can I improve the quality of my work as a Medical Laboratory Technician ?

I am working as a medical laboratory technician in a primary health center with ISO certification. I am doing the routine laboratory investigations in haematology, biochemistry and microbiology. I want to improve the quality of my work in WHO standard. Please advice me.
