The only thing you can do is keep applying and going back to check on your applications.
Competition is pretty stiff for pharmacy techs these days, especially if you don't have any experience.
I work in a drugstore, and what I did was got a job in the front part of the store (running the cash register and such) for a bit until a spot opened up in the pharmacy.
Good luck!

It's important to talk to the pharmacist-in-charge when pursuing pharmacy tech positions. I'd say your best bet is to fill out applications and then talk to the pharmacist-in-charge/pharmacy manager in person to see if there are any positions available in the near future. You can also improve your chances by saying that you want to pursue a career in pharmacy and want to see what pharmacists do before making a career decision. Obtaining CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician ) can also help your chances since the hiring pharmacist will see that your are knowledgeable and serious about the career choice. See the following website on registering for the PTCB to become CPhT:

Best of luck, and remember to be persistent!
