*Let it Snow*
What is the difference between business and business casual dress for women?
Asked by *Let it Snow*
I want to dress right for interviews. I think business dress means wearing a jacket, but that sounds crazy when it's 90-100 degrees! What do you think? Is a jacket necessary for a job interview? I'm looking at mostly clerical jobs. Thanks for any advice.

Best Answer:
Business casual means that you can wear khaki's or flats. Business means dress pants, heels, and a fancy shirt (think silk blouses, suit jackets-try short sleeve if it's hot). Stay away from denim (jeans and jackets) and ratty/raggy clothes.
