How do I negotiate my hotel sales manager salary?

I am on my third interview with a Hilton Hotel after completing my hotel sales certificate program through aprinda.com. I learned everything I needed to land the job, but I did not learn how to negotiate the salary. What should I ask for? How do I make the most money possible?
