Not sure what you have in mind. You can certainly volunteer at Free Clinics, Homeless shelters, soup kitchens, hospitals, hospices, etc any where that accepts volunteers. If you mean can you go out on your own & perform nursing duties; probably not (due to some heavy legal liabilities, among other reasons).
