what is the minimum age to work as a portrait photographer at sears portrait studio?

the local sears at the mall is hiring people for the position photography and sales. The listing says that experience is not required. I was wondering in ontario, what is the minimum age i have to be to work as a photogrpaher or at sears in general for that position. I am 14 years old going into grade 10 and turning 15 in december.
