In south india there is a place called AARALVAIMOZHI, in Kanuakumari dist of tamilnadu. This is the asia's biggest wind station and second largest wing energy station in the world. If your husband is intrested, please ask him to go there and join the company. there are so many jobs in contract basis there. he can join and explore the opportunities there. Or he can visit holland which is also a good place for working with wind energy. all the best
