What the best way to tell the hiring employer the reason you leave your job?

On the appreciation I but due to differences on the appreciation but if they ask me what you mean due to differences what the best way to say it Let me tell you what happen I was working on my job as first Quality Maintenance cleaning the stadium I was doing 2 bathrooms and it was very bessy the stadium was crowded it was a baseball stadium because it was bessy the supervisor didn't see me i was getting supplies for the bathrooms and sweeping the area and when I came back with the supplies the supervisor excuses me of taking a long break when I actually was working and he say I don't want you no more so he call his supervisor and they excuses me of lair he say don't play that b_llsh_t so I get mad and I came late the next day and I told him I don't care when he told me go back home because I came in late. He say don't come back.

It sounds like you were in a no win situation there, but it also sounds like your supervisor was unreasonable. I doubt his behavior will change just because you tell your employer about him, so I would just say you are leaving to pursue another opportunity. If they question that you put "due to differences" on the paperwork, you could say something neutral- that you are looking for an opportunity closer to home, or with room for advancement. I doubt they will push too much for details.
