What kind of questions does a call center ask during a phone interview? I have an interview via phone for a job as a call center agent and I was just wondering what kind of questions to expect.

If it is a phone interview, I am assuming is is a pre-screen before a face-to-face interview. You will likely be asked basic questions about yourself and your experience. They will want to see how flexible you are with schedules, why you want the job, what you know about the company, what experience you have with computers, and get an understanding of your experience with providing customer service and dealing with difficult customers, as well as your ability to work in a team environment. They will also gauging your telephone manner.
