What are the best shoes for standing all day?
Asked by fairyglamourgirl
I am on my feet all day for my job. Around 9-10 hours a day. No sitting! The floor has concrete under thin carpeting. I need a good supportive, comfy sneaker. Must be white or mostly white. I am currently wearing Skechers Premium sneaks. They are OK, but I am hoping for something better! Thanks!

Well for one thing don't get converses because they 2 flat, u need something with more comfort and grip. I would say the best thing to go out and get is new balances. They also come in different colors so you can get white as you say u needed

I would recommend New Balance...They have some great support and do wonders when standing on concrete. Try the running or walking sneakers. Another thing that you may try is some inserts from Dr. Scholl's with the messaging gel. They have a kind specifically made for working or sports.

Give http://www.drewshoe.com/ a spin. Try the therapeutic shoes out. They're pretty much made to be comfortable and eliminate your foot pain so I imagine they'd be ideal for standing all day. Maybe also take a look at the "occupational" shoes.

The best shoes I could recommend to you would be Dansko Professional Clogs the same shoes that Nurses, Doctors and Chefs wear. They come in all white and are designed specifically for people that work all day on their feet and rarely sit down. There also really easy to clean and are very durable. You can read more about them at the resource below.
