Jobs for someone who can type?
Asked by Hank
I've done all kinds of job hunting via newspaper ads, craigslist job postings, and everywhere in between. I type 80-90 wpm without much error, and the problem I am constantly running into is that every "data entry" job posted or office assistant clerical etc ends up being some bull sh*t work from home crap or other spam. Is there ANYTHING out there where I can utilize my typing skills for real? I don't have a degree, I do have a diploma though. I ask because I cannot work on my feet and I've been trying to find a job for a year now. Thanks for any help.

Search call center jobs, Goverment jobs, or admin. Those are jobs you can really utilize you typings and those are fields were you most likley wont need a degree depending on the position. Try seach engines like career builder or monster, they have the most legit jobs in those field (my opinion).

You should try transcription from home. My wife did it for about 5 years, and there's a lot of legitimate companies out that that hire transcriptionists for work from home. Check out this site for more info: http://www.mahalo.com/how-to-make-money-transcribing-from-home
