I am interviewing for a manager position at a store at the mall. What are some questions I should be prepared to answer. Also whats a good response to how would I deal with a customer's compaint? How would I deal with a bad employee? or employees that werent getting along?

what are your strenghths and weaknesses? how do u handle a difficult customer? what are your talents? how would others describe you? why should we hire you?
