Is it legal for Seminole Casino to ask medical info on job app?
Asked by Johnny Relentless
Is it legal to make job applicants sign a release to investigate their medical history? This sounds illegal. The Seminole Casino in South Florida is doing that to prospective employees. I bartended in Vegas for 5 years, and although there were extensive background checks, I don't remember ever having to let them know my medical history. It seems like an invasion of privacy. What does my medical history have to do with anything?
