Anyone worked at a Water Treatment Plant? Specifically in Maui, HI?

I am looking at getting an entry level job at a water treatment plant in Maui when some open up. I was wondering if it is hard work? or not to bad/if anyone could explain what they had to do. Also if the test to get the job was hard and if the test to get certified to become a water treatment plant operator I (can apply after one year of working entry level) was difficult? Thanks!

my dad works in one and hes the coordinator for it. look it up. we arnt in maui we are in ohio sorry. just google it
