what jobs are in demand in wales?

I am a qualified diesel mechanic and plant operator i can't find work in construction though, i am willing to diversifi to anything as long as i can make a wage of atleast £200 a week what kind of job could i do even if it means going self employed? where is the demand ?? please read the question i am not qualified as a constructional engineere i am qualified in landbased service engineereing wich is a diesel mechanic and also i operate heavy plant but> I AM LOOKING TO DIVERSIFY!! thanks for your answers but i need to know what i can do either with my skills or without them :)
