I'm 25 years old and new graduate in mechanical engineering...I'm preparing my CV now to apply in the GCC...when I was 20, I was entitled plant manager for a middle sized shoe factory...do you think that writing plant manager in my CV would raise suspisions about me misleading and deceiving? and if yes, what's the solution of this problem?

You are correct in believing it might sound fishy for a factory at your age. If the company is still in business you need to be truthful and call it what your company called your job title. You more than likely had some job positions prior to that title so show you progression to that position in your statements just below that title which shows increasing responsibility.
If the company is out of business and there is no one to collaborate your claim then just put manager to make it more believable. There are some 20 year old's that make great managers. I know my daughter was one.
