Is there any kind of class I can take that can make me have a cute "girly" "customer service-y" personality?

..Like you know how you walk into a bar or a Hooter's and the bartender or waitress is one of those "cute-sy, but not fake" "funny but sexy" "real" "make-you-laugh-and-put-you-in-your-place" type of girl? Welllll I work in takeout at this restaurant and I work at this coffee place in the mornings (all customer service ALL the time), but I still feel uncomfortable with myself. I NEED to be moved up to server, and I think my lack of confidence/personality at my restaurant job inhibits me from moving up to server, so..... I think I need to go to another restaurant, start fresh, and have more personality there, so I can be moved up a lot quicker. I've been working a YEAR as a hostess/takeout!! and they still haven't moved me up :( it sucks so bad.
Is there any type of "personality" class that can make you funnier/snappier/sassier?
I just don't get social situations sometimes....like some people are always funny/cool/know the perfect thing to say. I feel awkward a lot, which makes my customer service jobs THAT much harder cuz I am aroudn people all day, but sometimes I don't know how to carry a convo fluidly, which prevents me from moving up.
The thing is...i HAVE to be a server to make ANY kind of decent money. Right now I am working TWO jobs just to have enough money!! I am a student and being a server is pretty much the ONLY job where you can work Parttime, nights/weekends/odd hours etc and make GOOD Money, and still have time for school etc.
Help!
I also have not had a boyfriend for 5 years!! I feel that is due to my lack of social skills. Sure, I've dated a LOT of guys, but it never ends up going anywhere, I feel that is due to my NEED To be funnier, sassier, etc.
anwyas, i need a better personality so I can actually start being successful in my life, relationship wise and career wise...I am struggling, I can survive, but I am not THRIVING...I want to thrive.

I'd suggest you investigate some courses by Dale Carnegie. They have a really good record of helping people but not everybody. I've posted a link to online excerpts from the original book "How to Win Friends and Influence People". If after reading the book you think it will help you sign up for one of the courses. They do a lot of role playing and discuss how to handle various situations.

Unfortunately, it's impossible to change your base personality, and overcoming any timidness is very difficult and requires time. The personable ladies you wish to emulate are usually that way naturally. The best thing to do is to practice being personable and think of it as acting. I wouldn't quit your current job until you get lots of practice in acting personable.
