Career Questions and Answers
Where can I find the best medical sales job listings? I really want to get into medical device sales.?
Asked by Medical Device Sales Jobs
I've been searching for a medical device sales job for a few months and am frustrated with all of the medical device sales job posting sites. 99% of them seem like they are developed by actual medical sales representatives trying their hardest to make a quick buck on the side. Which sites are legit companies who run the site full time and will actually get me a job and also be around in 5 years? Most of them charge candidates to use their site which is bogus most of the time. I don't mind paying for a website membership since they are doing all the marketing to get the jobs on there, but I don't want to give it to John Smith, a medical rep who decided to fork out a bunch of cash to put their site on google lisings. It's hard to filter out the garbage sites. Please help so I can stop wasting my time and make land a job!

Use recruiters the best as you can. The majority of recruiters have their pharmaceutical sales and medical sales jobs on
http://www.medrep.com
http://www.letsoperate.com
Medrep is around $30 for like 3 months.
Letsoperate.com is around $30 for one year.
Either way, it's good to invest in your career for the same $$ you'd pay for going out to dinner in one day. Personally, I'd rather use a site that takes its job board seriously and doesn't have cartoon mascots all over its website. Also, check out different forums to get your questions answered by other reps. They are all free to use even if you don't have a membership. Cafepharma is good for the pharmaceutical industry. Medzilla has small forums covering the medical, pharmaceutical, biotech and other areas. Letsoperate covers the entire medical industry with medical device, pharmaceutical and healthcare/nursing forums.

Paying for these medical sales niche websites is becoming more common. Find one with an affordable price. Recruiters are the way to go no matter what because they know the industry, hiring managers, and interview questions. These sites are legit and I would trust them to be the best in the medical industry:
www.medzilla.com
www.letsoperate.com
www.medrep.com
Good luck with your search!
