If you want to make a lot of money, don't go to culinary school, and don't become a chef. Being a chef is a lot like being an actor, there are a lot of actors and, relatively few movie stars. There are a few wealthy chefs, but most of us earn just enough to survive. The moral of the story is, don't be a cook for the money. Do it because you love creating good food, and nourishing people, (and getting sodomized by tickets, but thats another story). Also, culinary school is a huge ripoff designed to take your money, your soul, and fit in with the western notion that a college is the only place that you can learn to do something well, and be successful (I'm not discounting a college education, just saying that culinary schools don't provide one). If you really love cooking professionally, you will make it work. If not, find something else to do.

stay in school. work on your english, spelling and grammar. even in culinary school, english grammar is taught. go to a culinary school, win the lottery, open a restaurant, go on Iron Chef America, and beat out the likes of Cat Cora, Mario Batali, Bobby Flay. Then you will know you have made it because they are the ones that "make the most money". good luck to you.
