every company is going to be different. I'm a controller for an $80million company with (currently) 430 employees - we were over 500 6 months ago and I rarely work OT or weekends - maybe for year-end and W-2's, but that's about it - even as we have grown and were bought by another company, which brought on more duties and responsibilities, my annual OT has decreased. I doubt I even put in 20 hrs a year of time after 5pm or on weekends. It all depends on what you are required to do and how good your staff under you is.
