Which one is superior, Administrative Secretary or Executive Secretary?

Just i am confuse a bit. Can anyone be any of that? What can we do to be a smart Executive Secretary or Administrative secretary?

Executive Secretary. It is similar to an executive assistant. You get to help the big wigs of the company and higher ups. Admin just stays in the office. One is more stressful

I would assume that as an executive secretary this would be secretary for one of the executives as an administrative secretary, this probably would involve the administration of the office one more important than the other? probably in the eyes of the beholder
