Am I overqualified to be an Administrative Assistant?

I have a bachelor of science in business management and I just graduated with a MBA, the accounting firm I interned for just offered me a job as an Administrative Assistant to one of the partners. My question is do you think I am overqualified? Do you think it will hurt my odds of becoming a partner one day?
